Hair Health - Your support for thicker and fuller hair
One of the most frequent conversations we have in store is about hair health, and the particular concern about an increase in shedding and hair loss.
On average, a healthy person will shed around 100 hairs per day. You probably don’t even realise when it's happening. Natural shedding occurs to make way for new growth and is a normal part of the hair cycle. However excessive shedding or hair falling in clumps while you shower or brush/comb can be closely tied to health conditions and concerns that should be looked at by your healthcare provider.
Low iron
Mostly common in women due to the menstrual cycle, but not uncommon in men. Iron is directly linked to the delivery of oxygen to cells in the body including those that support hair growth. A lack of iron and therefore oxygen causes premature shedding and decreased regrowth.
Hypothyroidism
One of the key clinical diagnostics for hypothyroidism or autoimmune condition Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis is thinning hair.
Perimenopause and Menopause
Hair thinning caused by fluctuating and declining oestrogen and an increase in testosterone (male hormones) causes hair follicles to shrink and a decrease in the anagen phase (hair growth phase). Often menstrual bleeds become heavier, linking back to and increased risk of low iron.
Stress
Recent research has found hormones linked to chronic stress such as corticosterone, increased the resting period stage of hair growth therefore inhibiting regrowth. These hairs in the resting phase are then pushed out through combing or showering.
As holistic as it gets. Utilising clinically backed ingredients to reduce shedding, stimulate growth and nurture the scalp microbiome. By day 84, results showed thicker hair, improved hairline density.
The breakdown:
Thicker fuller hair - Rosemary oil and Spermidine

These herbs are familiar for hormonal related conditions like red clover, especially for Menopausal related symptoms. This is ideal for anyone who is experiencing hair loss or thinning related to stress, hormones and recovery from recurrent illness like colds and flus.
Three key nutrients for strong hair and hair growth
Holistically support hair growth and strong locks by nourishing from within.
Nutrients like Protein, Selenium and Biotin provide some of the foundation for the hair of our dreams. These are also key nutrients to support common links to hair loss and thinning like hypothyroidism, perimenopause, low iron and stress.
