AAPI- and female-founded, Co-Owner, Cindy Lee, is a serial entrepreneur and a trailblazer in K-beauty. Traveling to Korea often to visit family, Cindy saw first-hand the growth of Korean made skincare and cosmetics. At the time, these products and quality weren’t widely accessible back home in the states.She was inspired to share her culture’s knowledge and expertise that has made it the beauty capital of the world, and help people everywhere look and feel their best through play, discovery and joy. Cindy’s vision for LAPCOS is to continue to emerge as an accessible beauty leader, and make effective, ingredient-driven wellness + cruelty-free skin care available to all people – celebrating and promoting beauty in its infinite forms.
