Salus was born of a yearning to bring the powerful transformational experience of the spa into the home, affordable luxury, and sensuality into the places where we live. Founded by Jason Cook in 2010, Salus creates exceptional spa products that imbue everyday rituals with quiet luxury. Two decades in the health and wellness industry instilled in Jason not only a passion for self-care, but a fascination with the boundless potential of natural ingredients. He watched as the industry passed over potent botanicals, extracts and aromatic essential oils, enamoured instead with complex chemical alternatives. ‘Natural’ was seen as outdated, and misperceived as less effective than its lab-made counterparts. Jason seized an opportunity to rewrite the story – to celebrate home-grown botanicals, extracts and essential oils through a premium, sophisticated lens.
