Healing Patches:
- Clean and dry affected area.
- Remove the plastic backing from one side of the patch.
- Smooth that side over the area where you want pain relief.
- As you remove the other half of the plastic backing, smooth the remainder of the patch over the areas of pain.
- Enjoy. It's a lovely feeling.
- Please remove the patch no later than 6 hours after applying.
Calm Patches:
- Remove one patch at a time from the backing paper
- Apply the calm patches to temples, behind the ears or wherever you seek relief. For headaches, it can also be effective to apply a patch one inch above the space between the big and second toe on top of the foot
- After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two with your fingers to further release the herbs
- Enjoy. We hope it gives you a bit more peace
- Each patch can be effective for 12 hours
Sleep Patches:
Before applying the patch we recommend a few sleep health basics.
- Don’t wait until you’re too exhausted before going to bed.
- Try leaving your phone off in another room.
- Pick up a (real) book. No Telly.
- Apply the sleep patches 15 minutes before the above.
- Apply one sleep patch to each temple and leave them on until morning.
- After applying, massage the patch for a minute or two to further release the herbs.
