Terms Of Service
Colour Matching (Instore) – Free Make Up Consultation (via Zoom) - $35
Colour Consultation + basic application (Instore) – $70 ($35 redeemable on product, on the day of consultation)
Skincare Consultation (Via Zoom) – $35
Full skincare consultation (Instore) – $70 ( $35 redeemable on product, on the day of consultation )
Colour Matching + Basic Make up application + Skincare Consultation (Instore) – $130 ($65 redeemable on products on the day of consultation)
The Lab Organics Consultation Services must be paid at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Your booking date will be confirmed once your payment has been paid. Your scheduled date and time will be locked in and cannot be changed unless mutually agreed by The Lab Organics and the customer.
When a booking is confirmed, we will arrange and lock in the makeup/skincare specialist for the specified date and time. The payment is non-refundable and it is used to compensate the makeup artist/skincare specialist time if the booking is canceled.
Redeemable amounts are only valid for the day of service. No credits will be offered.
At the sole discretion of The Lab Organics, with as much notice as possible, we can transfer your appointment to another time/date, provided we are not booked out but will try to accommodate you as best we can.
