Shipping companies are out of our control – unfortunately they can loose or mis-deliverer parcels from time to time, please notify us within 4 weeks of your order date if you have not yet received your parcel. We will endue to follow this up and act accordingly to our policy. We are not responsible for parcels after this date.

New Zealand – for $20 you can have your products delivered in 4-5 business days. This price includes tracking and insurance.
Rest Of The World (see below for countries we ship to) – for $70 you can have your products delivered in 5-10 business days. This price includes tracking.
We are happy to send our products to our international customers, but please note that we are not responsible for any taxes or customs duties/import fees charged by your country.
When international orders reach their destination country, they are subject to customs clearance which can cause lengthy delays that effect the original delivery date.
Once an item is out for delivery, you are responsible for tracking your package.
In case you or your customs entry port refuse a shipment, you will be held responsible for shipping charges to return the products back to The Lab Organics
Our websites displays all prices with our local tax inclusive (gst) this will be removed automatically at checkout for international shipping addresses.
The Lab Organics does not ship on Victorian or Australian Public Holidays

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back-order or a full refund. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. If you decide on a refund we are unable to honor the Free Shipping if your order falls under $100.
Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/hygiene seals in tact. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a store credit on all products returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition.
Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty or are different to the product purchased on the website. We do not accept returns on sale items. Again we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons.
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please EMAIL US within 2 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorisation.
